2002
Expansion of Equipment Solutions
Schmidt expanded by acquiring the McCarter line of chocolate manufacturing equipment.
2008
New leadership
Byrne Chiarlone, LP acquires Schmidt, focusing on manufacturing safety, operation, quality and efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
2010
Engineered Resin Solutions join the family
In 2010, Byrne Chiarlone, LP launches Engineered Resin Solutions, offering high quality protective coating systems for the power, pharmaceutical, refinery and chemical markets.
2015
Acquisition of K Wagner Machine
The company expands its machining capabilities through the acquisition of Wagner Machine. Wagner offers high quality CNC and manual machined parts for the Power, Refinery, Chemical, Transportation and Aerospace industries.
2024
A New Path Forward
The Company rebrands to Schmidt Industrial Services following new ownership with a focus on service, innovation, and solutions for its diverse customer base.
