Chocolate Making Equipment - Vertical Chocolate Mini-Melters

McCarter vessels are designed & built by WM. A. Schmidt and Sons under the jurisdiction of ASME guidelines using medium gauge materials & welded-reinforced construction.

These chocolate mini melters are just what they sound like; they are smaller chocolate melting machines used primarily for melting smaller blocks of chocolate when the timing required is not stringent and the heat applied is of short duration. The other advantage of the mini melter is its portability and ease of use. Depending on the type of chocolate being melted, WAS can meet those particular requirements with the appropriate melting machine.

Standard unit material is carbon steel ASTM A36. Optional materials are stainless steel, ASTM A240-304/316
